Sturdy, reliable and comfortable.I spent a week in the hospital after abdominal surgery. I couldn't sleep at all while in the hospital.Picked this up and have been sleeping the whole night through after using it at home ever since. I have 2 main positions I use it for. The key is the fact that it provides ample support in any position you configure it into.It doesn't slide, move, or come apart. It pretty much does what it is supposed to. I would buy another and do recommend it to everyone.
My wife uses this every night. Has been for over a year. Very good quality. Very thick , tall , and the widest one out there. Much wider than others we got on Amazon. This one is your best bet for helping your back when you sleep. Lots of room.

I bought this following knee replacement to raise knee above hip to assist with reducing swelling. Love it. Cover is washable as it is zipped. Material of cover could be better it easily snags like tights. Great value though.
